POOL - Lecturer
The successful applicant must have appropriate authorization to work in the U.S. before employment begins.
30% - Prepare for and attend all class meetings. In case of absence, the lecturer must make arrangements for a substitute to teach class. Classes should not be cancelled.
10% - The lecturer should be available for reasonable appointments if a student cannot meet during scheduled office hours.
5% - Adhere to departmental, college and university policies.
- Master's degree in biology (e.g., ecology, genetics, microbiology), OR
- Ph.D. candidate in biology (e.g., ecology, genetics, microbiology) who has passed the comprehensive oral examination.
- Teaching experience in university/college setting, as evidenced by letter of application and teaching history.
