POOL - Ticket Office Assistant - Temporary
The Ticket Office Sales Assistant temporary employee will cover ticket office operations during times when student staff is unavailable during regular business hours 11am-6pm and during performances evenings and weekend hours as needed.
The Ticket Office Sales Assistant will work a variable weekly schedule to cover Ticket Sales, Cash Handling, Open and Close the ticket office as necessary, Manage performances as required, assist with student sales staff training and daily questions, make necessary adjustments to performances and run reports from computerized ticket system. Other duties include assisting with customer needs to ensure quality customer service at all times, performing task as required to assist with outreach and general ticket office operations, assisting with access control training and general scanner use.
2. Experience using Microsoft Suite with emphasis on Excel Spreadsheets as demonstrated by application materials.
- Must be able to work a flexible weekly schedule between 11am-6pm weekdays and available to cover performance hours on evenings and weekends as needed (typically Noon-3pm and/or 5:30pm-8pm weekends).
