The Pediatric Health Insight Team at the University of Kansas is seeking a full-time post-baccalaureate position working on a NIH funded study to develop an adaptive mobile health (mHealth) intervention for asthma management in adolescents. The position will include the opportunity to: (a) work with a multidisciplinary team of researchers at the University of Kansas and the University of Florida, technologists, graduate students, and medical providers; (b) assist with development and implementation of a mHealth program; (c) help coordinate and conduct participant recruitment and screening; (d) gain hands-on experience conducting assessments of psychosocial and health outcomes related to pediatric asthma; (e) supervise undergraduate research assistants; and (f) gain experience writing and preparing research for conference presentations and publication. The position is currently designed as a one-year, paid position with the possibility of renewal. Applicants must have completed their undergraduate degree to be eligible for this position.
