Position Overview

This position will support the Management and Leadership area of the Business School and will commence beginning with the Fall 2018 semester. The student filling this position will work closely with professor who teaches Project Management and Survey of Management and Leadership (MGMT 305) - Business Minor course. There may also be opportunities to assist professor during scheduled class times for MGMT 305 - Lawrence section.

Job Description

The KU School of Business is hiring for a student hourly position. Job duties include (but are not limited to):
The teaching assistant will work closely with professor to coordinate grading of assignments and will be the point of contact for any Blackboard technical issues. Student will also be a resource for MGMT 305 class sessions. Student may also assist professor with research or other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

1. Enrolled in at least 6 credit hours.

2. Familiar with navigation through Blackboard.

3. Student should be an effective communicator, both written and orally.

4. Student should exhibit the highest level of ethical conduct at all times.

5. Student must be available during scheduled online testing dates and times.

Preferred Qualifications

1. Undergraduate student of at least sophomore status.

2. Student should be available during most class sessions for MGMT 305 (Lawrence campus).
