Graduate Research Assistant

Job Description

Note: This GRA position is .20 FTE, 8 hours per week. Tuition support is NOT available.
  • Assist faculty participants in CTE programs with producing course-level posters and portfolios to make work on their courses public.
  • Provide support for project evaluation.
  • Perform administrative tasks.

Required Qualifications

  • Must be properly enrolled as a graduate student and in good academic standing.
  • Successful teaching experience in higher education, as evidenced by application materials.
  • Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills, as evidenced by application materials.
  • Prior work experience that required working independently and in an organized and professional manner.
  • Computer experience with PC or Macintosh, and skill with various software including word processing, databases, and web browsers, as evidenced by application materials.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Demonstrated project management skills.
  • Background in the scholarship of teaching and learning and in evaluation of student learning.
  • 2023-2024 Federal Work Study award.
  • Must be willing to work with a wide variety of individuals, departments, and schools.
