Our students are involved in activities such as the cleaning and caring for a variety of audiovisual formats, film winding and inspection, labeling and re-housing analog materials, creating digital files, and keeping track of audiovisual materials in spreadsheets. We employ student workers who are good at following complex directions, able to adapt to changing workflows, and appreciate repetitive tasks.

Required Qualifications
- Must be enrolled in a minimum of 6 credit hours at KU.
- Demonstrated prior work experience with performing detailed and repetitive work with a high degree of accuracy as evidenced on application materials.
Preferred Qualifications
- Work-study
- Library or archive experience.
- Experience creating Word and Excel documents.
- Prior experience handling film and legacy audio and video formats.
- Experience with Adobe: Audition, Premiere, Media Encoder, HandBrake or other media editing programs.

Work Schedule
10 - 15 hours per week in shifts of no less than two hours consecutively. Monday - Friday 8 AM - 4 PM. No weekends, evenings, or Tuesdays.
