Job Description
KU Information Technology’s Academic Technology Support Team is a diverse and active team of KU students tasked with supporting KU faculty, staff, and students with their use of technology. Academic Technology Support Team (ATST) members assist with KU IT services, including:

Required Qualifications
- Effective communication, as evidenced in application materials and interview.
- Schedule availability to work 10-20 hours per week during semesters, and 10-35 hours per week during summer.
- Enrolled in at least 6 hours at The University of Kansas.
Preferred Qualifications
- Audio-visual technology and presentation technology experience.
- Experience with software or platforms that KU IT’s Academic Technology units support.
- Able to interact with KU community members with excellent customer service skills.
- Self-motivated, willing to learn new skills, able to follow instructions, and able to complete tasks with light supervision.
