They will work up to eighteen hours a week during the semester and will gain valuable advisory, consulting, and professional experience by executing marketing, strategy, and other projects. Employees of Jayhawk Consulting can expect their networks to expand given the nature of the relationships they will be expected to build with their clients.
Before applying, please consider that Jayhawk Consulting, because of its very nature, is predominantly an external facing unit. The expectations of team members, therefore, are to represent the KU School of Business and its Center for Entrepreneurship well. Being respectful of client’s needs and desires, communicating in a timely manner, and practicing honesty and trustworthiness when presented with sensitive client information is imperative.
